Solution
In 2023, OceanCall decided to use the EcoVadis CSR assessment system to take an external look at its CSR approach, and to use Beavr to help formalize its CSR management system. Building on OceanCall's solid CSR base, and thanks to the Beavr methodology, the teams were able to formalize their CSR management system in 6 weeks, without it weighing on their day-to-day work.
Impact and results
Thanks to Beavr's tools, OceanCall was able to achieve its objectives: structure its CSR management system and set ambitious quantitative targets for social and environmental aspects. The work carried out with Beavr helped to identify OceanCall's strengths, as well as areas for improvement, enabling it to adopt a continuous improvement approach. These efforts were rewarded by EcoVadis, which awarded OceanCall the Gold Medal for its Aix-en-Provence site, with a score of 73/100 - enabling OceanCall to demonstrate to all its key account partners the seriousness of its approach.
